Monitoring – A data merge/restore has processed and the missing Crew #1 information has been restored. We are verifying all affected agencies and will communicate when this is completed.
Identified – We have identified a previous fix that had temporarily removed Crew #1 information for some agencies. We have pulled a backup and are working to restore.
Investigating – We have identified the source issue and are further identifying scope. At this time, we are aware of an issue where some agencies do not have Crew #1 linked to survey responses. We are working to identify a fix for this issue and will update when we have more information.
