Identified - We are in process of replacing the expired certificate and will provide an update when the new certificate has been placed.

Resolved – We have verified that all affected agencies have had all previously available Crew #1 information available and service should be fully restored. We are communicating with affected agencies.

Investigating - We have identified a subset of mail-distribution clients that still are not showing updated survey results. We have confirmed the import and processing of survey responses has been completed, and are currently investigating a display issue related to the affected clients. We will update when we have identified the cause of this issue.
